Waterbury Tour 

October 27 (Tuesday) 3:30-5:30 PM  

Tour the nearly completed Waterbury State Office Complex. Hosted by State of Vermont BGS with a focus on:

  • New Central Plant heating and cooling campus-wide
  • Site design including demolition, storm water and zero-rise certification
  • New Office Building high performance enclosure, modular furnishings and art
  • Historic Buildings restoration, rehabilitation and re-use

Dodge - McGraw-Hill  2016 Construction Forecast 

November 12 (Thursday) 4:00-6:00 PM

2016 Construction forecast by Chris Orrell, North Atlantic Regional Editorial Operations, Senior Analytics Manager. Chris manages and directs an editorial team responsible for news and plans coverage in the North Atlantic states of Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Massachusetts and New York. Event to be held at the newly opened Hilton Garden Inn on Main Street in Burlington.

February 4, 2016 (Thursday) 4:30-7:00 PM

Keith Lashway of the International Masonry Institute will present on topics related to structural masonry and long term building durability. Venue and program details to be finalized.

ACX2016 - Co-Event with AIA Vermont

May, 2016 (Date TBD)

The date is to be determined. We plan to continue our success and event growth as the ACX conference enters it's third year. Look for more information from CSI and AIA in the months to come.

CSI Certification Classes and Study Groups

We do not yet have a scheduled time for our annual winter CDT preparation class. However, please contact CSI Vermont President E-mail if you have a specific Certification interest.
